What does it cost to enter?
The full 2027 entry rate is $150, and the earlier you register the less you pay. Early Bird is $75 — half off — for the first 100 registrations, Standard is $112.50 for the next 40, and Final Call is the full $150 for the last 10. Entry covers all five events, the equipment you compete with on event day, and access to the awards ceremony.
Is the early bird price really half off?
Yes. The full 2027 competitor entry rate is $150. Early Bird entries pay $75, exactly half, and the discount is applied automatically at checkout for the first 100 registrations — no code needed. Once those 100 are claimed the price steps up to $112.50 and then to the full $150.
How many spots are there?
Entries are capped at 150 competitors. Registration is open now, and spots are first come, first served — the page shows how many early-bird entries remain.
How are events scored?
Every event is judged on four criteria — speed, precision, cleanliness, and execution — with a published rubric per category. The champion is the operator with the best combined score across all five events.
Is the event lineup final?
The five events listed are the planned lineup, but events, formats, and scoring are subject to change as we finalize the field and equipment partners. Registered competitors are notified directly of any change.
Do I need insurance?
Yes — competitors must show proof of general liability insurance at check-in. Specific coverage minimums and accepted carriers will be shared with registered competitors before the event.
Can I compete solo, or do I need a crew?
Solo operators and full crews are both welcome. The five events run solo — you against the clock and the judges. One entry covers one operator.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
No — we supply the equipment for event day. The machines and tools you compete with are provided on-site, so nobody has to haul a trailer to Fayetteville and every operator works with the same gear.
Is the entry fee refundable?
Entry fees are non-refundable. The Games run rain or shine. The Saturday, March 13, 2027 date is subject to change; registered competitors are notified directly of any change.
I'm coming in from out of town. Where should we stay?
Fayetteville has plenty of options. Registered competitors will receive a recommended hotel partner list and a venue map closer to event week.
