What are the booth options and prices?
Every booth is 50% off for the 2027 Arkansas Games. A Standard Vendor Booth ($375, regularly $750) is a 10x10 space with a website listing, event access, and social recognition. A Premium Vendor Booth ($750, regularly $1,500) adds premium placement, a larger footprint, featured website placement, and room to demonstrate products — only 10 are available. Food vendors ($250, regularly $500) get a truck-or-tent space; 10 spots.
Why are booths 50% off, and how long does it last?
It is a special launch discount for the 2027 Arkansas Games — every booth option is half its list price while space lasts. The discount is applied automatically at checkout; no code is needed. Premium and food vendor spaces are capped at ten each, so the discounted price is available only until those spots are claimed.
How many people are you expecting?
We are planning for a spectator crowd of up to 2,500 across the day, on top of the competitors and crews on the field. The 2027 Games are the second season in Northwest Arkansas and are promoted to homeowners and to the regional trade at the same time.
What do I need to bring? Is power provided?
Plan to arrive self-contained. Vendors supply everything their booth needs — tent, tables, chairs, signage, product, supplies, and a generator if you need power, because electricity is not provided. We provide your assigned space and the crowd.
Do I have to be in the lawn care industry?
No. Anyone selling to homeowners or to small business owners is a fit — insurance, banking, trucks, food, retail, home services, real estate. If your customer owns a yard or owns a truck, they will be here.
How are booths assigned?
Premium booths get the prime positions along the main spectator flow. Standard booths are assigned in the order registrations are received. Booth assignment, load-in times, and setup details are emailed before the event.
Can I sell products at my booth?
Yes. Vendors are welcome to sell, sample, run giveaways, and capture leads at their space, and you keep 100% of what you sell. Large showcases and live demonstrations should be cleared with the organizers ahead of time so we can plan for space and safety — premium booths are built for this.
What is the difference between a vendor booth and a sponsorship?
A vendor booth is presence on the grounds — your space, your day, your customers. A sponsorship adds brand placement across the event and our marketing: stage callouts, logo placement, and category exclusivity at the upper tiers. Sponsorships start at $2,500 and every tier includes a vendor booth.
Is the booth fee refundable?
Booth fees are non-refundable. The Games run rain or shine. The Saturday, March 13, 2027 date is subject to change; registered vendors are notified directly of any change.
